My love of all things cake develped when I was asked to make a Royal Iced wedding cake at the age of 18 and my passion developed and grew from there
As a passionate and detail-oriented professional, I enjoy creating stunning and beautiful cakes, taking great care with all of my cakes to ensure that my clients won't be dissapointed with their cake and take great delight in the pleasure that my cakes give.
It is a direct result of this passion that allowed me to win awardeds two years in a row at the Cake International Competition at the NEC, Birmingham.
A large part of my success while working with my clients stems from my ability to cultivate an intuitive understanding of their needs, and work with them to create their perfect cake.
Every cake is as important to my clients and great care and attention to detail is taken with every cake whether it is for a birthday right through to a four tier wedding cake.

I am constantly working to improve my existing's skills and was fortunate enough to get a place on a Chocolate wedding cake course with the world renowned Master Chocolatier Mark Tilling.
I believe that with so many new and innovative designs and with customers demanding and deserving an excellent level of service and detail in design that you need to constantly strive towards perfection and that the only way to stay at the top of my game is to keep pushing the boundries. It's hard work, but so rewarding when your customers are th rilled with not only the appearance of their cake but find it tastes devine
