Above are just a few samples of my work. Models can be made of just about anything. From the two little girls, sat with their Christmas stocking and waiting for Santa to the beautiful and life-like single flower and flower sprays.

Models and sugarcraft flowers can be kept almost indefinitely and provide a long lasting moment of the day, whether a bride and groom on the top of the cake, to a stunning spray of flowers such as the Arum lily bouquet above, or the single, life-like Moth Orchid.
